Love Nail Spa Customer Policy

1. Appointments

• Booking: Clients can book appointments online at BOOK NOW or call us directly. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

• Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate your appointment, however please do understand that it may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time.

• Cancellations & No-Shows: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within less than 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to the card.

2. Payments

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and various forms of mobile payments including Apple Pay, Zelle, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.

• Gratuities: Gratuities for your technician are greatly optional and appreciated. 100% of your tip goes towards the well-deserved technicians. You can provide tips in cash or add to your credit card.

3. Hygiene & Safety

• We follow strict hygiene protocols, including sterilization of tools after each use.

• Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements prior to your service(s).

• We reserve the right to refuse service(s) if it poses a health risk to the customer or technician.

4. Children, Guests, and Pets

• For safety reasons, children under 12 must be supervised at all times and are not permitted in the service area unless they are receiving a service.

• No pets are allowed in the salon, except for certified service animals.

5. Conduct & Behavior

• Respectful Behavior: We request that all clients maintain respectful behavior toward our staff and other clients. Aggressive behavior, inappropriate language, or harassment will not be tolerated.

• Cell Phone Use: To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all, please keep cell phone usage to a minimum. We kindly ask that you place your phone on silent or vibrate during your appointment.

• Personal Belongings: Please keep your personal belongings close to you during your appointment. The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

6. Customer Satisfaction

• Feedback: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please inform your technician or the salon manager immediately so we can address your concerns. You can also write directly to the owner using the store’s email.

• Service Guarantee: We offer a service guarantee for certain services, such as nails and lashes. If you experience issues within 2 days of your appointment, please contact us for a complimentary fix. This guarantee does not apply to services that have been altered by the client or due to neglect.

7. Personal Preferences

• If you have specific requests regarding nail designs, length, or colors, please let us know in advance or during the consultation.

8. Photos and Media

• We may take photos of completed nail art for promotional purposes. We will ask you in advance for your consent.

9. Right to Refuse Service

• Love Nail Cerritos reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for the following reasons:

  • Non-payment of services rendered

  • Disrespectful behavior or abusive language

  • Health or safety concerns

  • Violation of salon policies
